OTLVISE Acquisition Opportunity

OTLVISE, the patented lifting and handling system engineered specifically for slate‑based pool, snooker, and carom tables, is now available for acquisition. This offering includes field‑limited patent rights (with the new owner recorded at the U.S. Patent Office), remaining inventory, documentation, and related materials. All sales activity will end on April 15th 2026, after which all remaining inventory will be allocated to the purchaser to support a smooth transition period. Product support will continue, but no further OTLVISE kit sales will be offered after that date.

For Prospective Buyers

This opportunity is intended exclusively for established billiard and table‑moving businesses with real operational capacity. Prospective buyers must demonstrate industry experience, financial readiness, and the ability to manufacture and support the OTLVISE product line. Only qualified buyers will be invited to proceed to the review and due‑diligence phase. Buyers must have a minimum of five years in the industry and at least $150,000 in annual sales or service revenue.
